RK-03 Assembler PC & PC Gamer respects consumer rights and strictly follows the provisions of the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), especially Article 49, which guarantees the right to regret purchases made outside the commercial establishment, such as via the internet or telephone.

1. Deadline for Application

The customer may request an exchange, return or refund within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product or signing of the contract, as applicable.

Our opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (except holidays).

3. Return Conditions

For the return to be accepted, the product must:

• Show no signs of use

• Be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals and documents

• Be accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase

Personalized, perishable, digital or improperly used products do not fall under the right of withdrawal, as provided for by law [1] .

4. Refund

The refund will be made after receipt and analysis of the returned product, and will be made:

• Using the same payment method used for the purchase

• Including shipping costs, if applicable

• Within 30 calendar days, as stipulated by the CDC [1]

5. Exchanges

If the customer wishes to exchange for another product, the request will be evaluated based on stock availability and current commercial conditions.

6. Refusal to Return

RK-03 may refuse the return if:

• The product has been used improperly

• Be damaged by misuse

• Not within the legal deadline

7. Difficulties and Complaints

If there are any difficulties in the process, the customer can register their complaint with Procon or use the Consumidor.gov.br platform, supervised by the National Consumer Secretariat (Senacon) [2] .
